How to Cook Pork Chops

Instructions
In the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a baking sheet with oil or butter.

- Arrange the pork chops on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove the pork chops from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
On the Stove
- Melt butter or heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pork chops for approximately 4 minutes per side. If they are particularly thick, you may need to cook them for a few minutes longer.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the skillet with a lid. Let the pork chops cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
