How to Defrost Pork Chops

Steps

  1. Place the sealed bag containing the pork chops in a bowl or on a dish and place the bowl or dish in the refrigerator.

  3. Once the pork chops are thawed, remove them from the bag and transfer them to a plate.
  4. Discard the old bag or store it for later use.
  5. Store the pork chops in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before use.
