Removing Ink Stamps from Papers
If you’ve ever found yourself with a page covered in ink stamps, you know how tedious it can be to remove them without damaging the paper. But don’t worry — there are steps you can take to effectively remove an ink stamp from paper without ruining it!
Steps:
- Fill a container with lukewarm water.
- Submerge the paper with the stamp for a few minutes, monitor the paper for discoloration.
- Once discoloration is observed, use an eyedropper to apply drops of rubbing alcohol to the inked area.
- Gently rub the inked area with a cotton swab.
- Rinse the paper with cold water.
- Repeat steps 1-5 until the stamp disappears.
If the stamp doesn't come off, try repeating the above steps while adding a few drops of vinegar to the lukewarm water.*
