Removing Ink Stamps from Papers

If you’ve ever found yourself with a page covered in ink stamps, you know how tedious it can be to remove them without damaging the paper. But don’t worry — there are steps you can take to effectively remove an ink stamp from paper without ruining it!

Steps:

  1. Fill a container with lukewarm water.
  2. Submerge the paper with the stamp for a few minutes, monitor the paper for discoloration.
  3. Once discoloration is observed, use an eyedropper to apply drops of rubbing alcohol to the inked area.
  4. Gently rub the inked area with a cotton swab.
  5. Rinse the paper with cold water.
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 until the stamp disappears.

If the stamp doesn't come off, try repeating the above steps while adding a few drops of vinegar to the lukewarm water.*
