How to Unhide Apps on an iPhone
If you’ve accidentally hidden a some of your apps or folders on your iPhone, it’s easy to get them back. With just a few taps, your hidden apps will reappear on your Home Screen.
Steps to Unhide Apps on iPhone
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your Apple ID picture in the top right-hand corner. This will open your Account Page.
- Select “Purchased.” This will take you to a list of all the apps you’ve downloaded.
- Tap “Not on this iPhone.” This will show all the apps you can re-download.
- Find the app you want to unhide, then tap the cloud icon next to it. This starts the download.
- Press the Home button to exit the App Store. The app will finish downloading on its own.
Once the app has finished downloading, it will appear on your Home Screen. If the app's folder was hidden, too, all the other apps connected to that folder will reappear.
