Copying Favorites and Exporting Bookmarks to a Flash Drive

You may have a long list of favorites or bookmarks stored on your computer, but you don’t always have to view them on the same device. You can export favorites or bookmarks from the browser onto a flash drive so you can view them on any other device. Here’s how:

  1. Open your browser and select its Bookmark or Favorites icon.
  2. Scroll to the favorites or bookmarks you want to copy.
  3. Click the 'Export' button to move them from your browser to a flash drive.
  4. A window will open, select 'Export to HTML'.
  5. The Save As window will appear. Name the file, select the flash drive, and click 'Save'.
  6. Disconnect the flash drive and insert it into the device where you want to view the copied favorites or bookmarks.
  7. Open the browser on the device and select the Bookmark or Favorites icon.
  8. Click the 'Import' button.
  9. A window will open, select 'Import from HTML'.
  10. Locate the folder of selected favorites or bookmarks you exported to the flash drive.
  11. Open the file, the bookmarks or favorites will appear. Select 'Done' to complete the process.

Now you can view your bookmarks or favorites on any other device anytime.
