How to Allow Participants to Screen Share in a Zoom Meeting

Screen sharing is a great way to share your work and collaborate with others in a Zoom meeting. Here’s how to enable it:

Enabling Screen Share in the Meeting

1. Open Zoom and sign into your meeting.
2. Click the “Manage Participants” icon at the bottom of the meeting window.
3. Once the participants list is open, go to the top of the box and click on “security.”
4. Check the box next to “Allow participants to share a screen,” which will then enable the ability for participants to screen share.

Sharing your Screen in the Meeting

1. Open Zoom and sign into your meeting.
2. At the bottom of the meeting window, you will see the “share screen” icon. Click on it.
3. Select “share computer sound” and choose the application or window you would like to share.
4. Once you have chosen the application or window, click the “share screen” button at the bottom of the page. You will then be sharing your screen to the meeting.
