  • Gather up all the necessary supplies: wrapping paper, scissors, tape, and ribbon.
  • Lay the wrapping paper out flat on a clean surface and place the box in the center.
  • Pull each side of the paper up over the box and crease each side against the box's edges. Trim each corner of the paper down so the flaps come together evenly. Compress the overlapping flaps together and hold them in place with a piece of tape.
  • Take a piece of tape and wrap it around the corner of the box, making sure to keep the folds tight. Secure the paper to the box using more tape, if necessary.
  • Cut a piece of ribbon to the desired length and tie it into a bow around the corner of the box.
