Using the Mobile App
To pay bills with the PayPal mobile app, make sure you have the most recent version of the app installed on your device. After you open the app, log in with your account credentials. MassPay

To make a payment using this feature, you will need to upload a CSV file with all the pertinent details of your bank or credit card accounts. PayPal will then withdraw the funds from those accounts and move them according to the instructions in the file. MassPay is ideal if you need to pay multiple bills or people at once.
