Are you looking for simple ways to view your Google history? It can be helpful to look back at past searches to find information or resources you have looked at before. This article presents five easy steps to check your Google history.
Go to your Google account page and log in with the same credentials you use on other Google services. If you’re already logged in, you don’t need to do anything.
Click on the drop-down menu found at the top right-hand corner of your account page. From here, choose "My Activity." This will bring you to a page dedicated to all user-generated content associated with your Google account.
On the left-hand side of the page, click on "Search History." This will display all of the searches you’ve made across Google.
If you want to view the entire timeline of Google searches, click the "About this Timeline" tab located at the top of the page. Here you can view all past Google searches—from the present day all the way back to the time you first used a Google service.
For more specific results, use the filters located at the top of the page. You can choose to view searches by date range, type of search (web, image, news, etc.), or locations. If a search result no longer exists, you will see a message that says "404 Not Found."
