Do I need to use cooking spray or can I use coconut oil spray for it to not stick?
I always use cooking spray. For me, it makes sure that nothing sticks, and it's easy to just spray on. But, coconut oil spray works just as well.

I have made whole flaxseed oil; will it freeze? I am making fresh strawberry puree ice lollies, and I would like to add the flax oil to the mix.
It will freeze. The oil will become a bit opaque and thicker when frozen, but will melt very quickly.
