Look at the definitions of each item. The FIRST set is a list of different organism TYPES. They are major branches of Biology.

The second set is a list of adjectives that modify the noun 'physiology'. Physiology is the study of organism mechanisms, which can be applied to any genus , but the sub-branches are within the discipline, not a definition of the objects.
