Activating Twitch on Xbox One
When it comes to streaming services, Twitch is one of the most popular choices, and when you’ve got an Xbox One in your living room, you’re in a perfect position to make the most of it. Here are the steps to take to activate Twitch on your Xbox One:
- Turn on your Xbox One console.
- Select the “Store” icon.
- Choose “Apps” from the Categories list.
- Browse for Twitch and select it.
- Select “Get it Free” and the Twitch app will start to download.
- Once the download has finished, launch the Twitch app.
- At the welcome screen, sign in or select “Sign Up” if you don’t have an account yet.
- After signing in or signing up, select “Authorize”.
- You’ll receive a five-digit code on your screen, which you will need to enter at twitch.tv/activate and then just follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you’ve done that, Twitch will be fully activated on your Xbox One console and you can start streaming and viewing gameplay without any issues.
