How to Wipe System Cache in Google Pixel 6 Pro
Caching acts as a temporary memory for a device, allowing frequently used data to be accessed quickly. Over time, however, the stored information can become outdated and lead to application errors and lagging. To speed up your Google Pixel 6 Pro, it's essential to occasionally wipe the system cache.
Instructions
- Open the Settings app. You can do this by tapping the cog icon on the home screen.
- Scroll to the top of the list, select System, then tap Advanced. From the next window select System updates and use the Storage option to clear the cache.
- If the Storage option is unavailable, select System, scroll down and tap Storage. Then select Cached data to clear the cache.
