How to Stop Call Forwarding on Samsung Galaxy

Call forwarding is a great tool to ensure that you don’t miss any calls in case you can’t answer the phone. But in some cases, you may need to turn off call forwarding on your Samsung Galaxy. Here are the simple steps to do so:

  • Go to the ‘Phone’ app on your home screen.
  • Tap on the menu icon (three dots) on the top right of your screen.
  • Select ‘Settings’ in the pop-up window.
  • Tap ‘Calls’ and select ‘Call Forwarding’ in the new window.
  • Tap the green switch next to ‘Forward when unanswered’ and ‘Forward when busy’ to disable call forwarding.

Your call forwarding is now stopped. You can re-enable call forwarding any time by repeating the steps above.
