How to Create a Kill Block on Roblox
Creating a kill block on Roblox is an essential part of building and can make your game a lot more immersive. Follow these steps to make your very own kill block:
- Open up Roblox Studio and log into your account.
- Select the game you want to add the kill block into, and open up the game’s properties.
- Choose the brick you want to use as the kill block.
- Select the “Events” tab on the top toolbar.
- Select “BeginTouch” and click the "plus" icon next to it.
- Creating a kill block on Roblox is an essential part of building and can make your game a lot more immersive. Follow these steps to make your very own kill block:
- Scroll down the list to “Players/Character” and select “Humanoid Root Part”. This will ensure that when any part of another user’s character collides with the brick, the kill block will activate.
- Press “OK” and select the “Insert” tab.
- Scroll down the list to “Destroy’ and double-click it.
- Here you can choose what the character/player model should do if they come in contact with the kill block. As it is a KILL block, select “Self”.
- Click “OK” and your kill block is complete.
